Our Services. Arritt MSP delivers IT Support, Computer Repair, Managed Security Service, Network Security Audit, Cloud Security Migration. Site content is for informational purposes only and is not a guarantee of availability or pricing.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.
Ownership. Arritt MSP (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Payments. Pricing for services is provided in writing prior to work commencing. Payments are due per the terms of your service agreement. Refunds, when applicable, are governed by that agreement.
Termination. Arritt MSP may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or for any other reason.
As-Is Basis. https://itsupportrexburg.com is provided on an "as is" basis. Arritt MSP makes no warranty regarding completeness, reliability, or accuracy of information presented.
Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Arritt MSP's aggregate liability arising from these Terms or your use of the Site is limited to the amount you paid Arritt MSP in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify Arritt MSP from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.
Jurisdiction. These Terms are governed by ID law. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in ID for any dispute arising out of these Terms.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
